Well besides the already cool additions coming in 1.8, I'd really like to see sharks in minecraft and some more Marine life so the giant oceans wont seem soo.. barren :b

You're thinking it wrong. It's not about "looking down" on the players who play cracked, it's not the same as mocking a kid because he couldn't afford shoes, it's just owing the devs some money for their good, hard work, and so they can continue this amazing game, that some people enjoy for free, illegally...

I too played cracked Minecraft for a week or so, but after seeing how awesome the game was, I convinced my parents to buy it, and before you say anything, my parents are very strict with Video games. Took me entering in the school's honor board to get them to buy it, and still it took them 3 months to get it.

Well, you obviously didn't see the tone and hostility of his voice. It definitely sounded like the 'I don't care about you, stop doing illegal stuff' sort.

Parents can be different with video games regardless. My parents started to get more and more tighter when I bought more video games, but with trust, they can definitely buy you what you need/want.

you may perceive my comment as "rude" but I would much rather just talk free from the hip than tying my words up with a bow.

It is NOT okay, under any circumstance to pirate a game for 1,5 years and than say "oh STFU, minecraft has enough support, I don't need to pay"

I choose my words carefully and I believe I am right when I say.. this kid does NOT deserve to play minecraft.

oh, FYI..

A Network by definition is: several servers connected to each other.
So if you are running 3 different server machines using BungeeCord,
THATS WHEN YOU CAN CALL YOURSELF A NETWORK.

If you want your server to be "Unique", it needs to fill a niche.
Your server should offer something you would like to see on other servers, but you've never found. and I am NOT talking about "factions.. but with GUNS"

If you want to be Unique, you really need to find a good idea that YOU think is awesome, and it has to be an idea that other servers;
- A: Simply dont have.
- B: Dont do well.

I hope you're serious about making a server and that it gets to be Unique

Try a ChromeBook, although a bit difficult it is actually possible to get a version of Ubuntu running on there. but ChromeOS is on there by default, not really my thing but hey.

I mispelled, its "Public" folder and you can create it yourself, its a folder that everyone has access to, if you share a link to it. so just create a folder called "Public" and a subfolder called website and put your website files in there

you can use DropBox as a webhost, as long as you're only using html and javascript.

just upload your html website to your Dropbox/Publish/website folder and copy the public link, thats how I do my website

If you're using Essentials, I'd recommend GroupManger. FYI. Its not abandoned, the Essentials Team took it over

If you're gonna use GroupManager tho, there's a tip:
"FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST! DON'T PUT PERMISSION NODES IN YOUR GLOBAL.YML"

Trust me, just use the per world group.yml

hmm, thats not the problem, my map has a FILE size restriction of 5GB. so I was fish to see how large a map can be before its over 5GB in file size

Don't try getting stuff like that for free. any host offering free plans are either scams or not worth your time.

If you want a good host, you have to pay them, doesn't have to be much, but still.
