Just as an extra note: professional servers that you can rent are set up differently and have a lot of security measures. It's a big undertaking to do yourself. You totally can! But it's big and will cost you money.

If you have a good idea and plan for a server, it can easily be worth it to rent one.

It is good that you don't want your IP to be shown because people can use it against you.

But unfortunately, you can't really hide your IP. It's basically the same idea as your house address, you can't invite people over without telling them your address. When Minecraft connects to play.hypixel.net, it gets redirected to the actual address, which people can easily see if they want to.

You could try using a VPN or rent a server. You can get hosts as cheap as <5$/month

Depending on the map you're making, you could probably also replace a glass pane texture with iron bars, so they both look the same to the player

Zombie - it's sort of a bland option at first... but they have so many cool things they can do behind the scenes. Zombies can break doors, attack villagers, call reinforcements, and more!

No evidence of Herobrine has been found in the code by modders (the ppl at craftbukkit would have found him without a doubt)

herobrine would be so cool, but sadly doesnt exist

even tho his texture is there, its prolly an easter egg or somethin
