Another option you could use is the Windows Snip Tool. This can be summoned with shift+windowskey+S. Once you see the screen grey out, you can click and drag to select a box of any size and location on the screen. The snip you took will be copied to the clipboard, from which you can paste from the right click menu, or ctrl+V. This is useful for getting smaller screenshots, or just normal ones. This feature is part of Windows 10 (and older Windows versions too I think). I use it all the time for any screenshot needs. It does require that the program you are pasting the screenshot into can accept it. I can't paste into PMC directly, I have to paste it into MS paint or something else, save somewhere, and upload. It doesn't look like you can upload screenshots/photos from your computer into the comment box :(
But anyway, that's another option.
