  so i have a mod idea! but i'm absolutely horrible at coding haha.
  
  
  anyways, my idea is Tamable Slimes!!
  you're probably wondering "pas, why on earth would this be a good idea? well, let me tell you!
  
  
  
  have you ever wanted a free supply of slime balls without having to deal with the trouble of killing all those slimes? what about a mob who can help you fight, but takes a lot of damage? a slime would be perfect for that! i imagine after killing a slime and gaining a slime ball, you can put it in a machine called the "slime incubator" for seven in-game days, and when it's done, a baby slime will come out, reformed from the slime ball! you can tame it and it won't attack you! the slime will continue to grow until full size, but you can bring it back down and gain 1-4 slime balls by right clicking it with shears (the number depends on it's size and how much you click!) you can also have the slime follow you (not sure how yet), and it will fight for you! it has plenty of health as we all know, and will regrow and regain health after the fact! however if it's killed, you'll need to start the process over!
  
  a possible idea is being able to dye the slimes! that's all i have so far.
