Well it's alright... I spent the day looking for fixes, and found nothing. But I did some extensive research into the Cobalt issue and noticed my 36.ddl file was corrupt. So I replaced that and I can play Cobalt now... that's great. But my Mojang account still doesn't work, and that's an issue I don't think I can fix. If anyone finds some sort of customer support e-mail for Mojang or something, I could use it. I have yet to see one, so... yea.

And let me state that I am just now learning how horrible Mojang's customer support is. It just has me answer 2 questions and it gives me only one solution that's irrelevant to my problem:

    http://www.minecraft.net/support

That's the extent of the help they're offering me... I feel like I'm about to be incredibly spiteful in a few hours if I don't get a solution...

I'm still not quite sure what this Herobrine garbage is... irrelevant, but what do you mean merging? I can clearly find people playing Cobalt as we speak that did the exact same process as me without having their username umphed from existence.

Oh, and just to make sure my username was the issue, I asked for a password look-up and it requested my username "Pasidon":

    "User Not Found"

    https://www.minecraft.net/resetpassword

But I just sent a username look-up to my e-mail address, and that e-mail states in fine print:

    Accounts for pasidonofchaos@hotmail.com:
    * Pasidon (Premium!)

    That's quite the contradiction.

Oh. I did use a credit card. Not sure what a chargeback is, but they didn't say anything of the sort. It still says my account exists and all, so I'm not quite sure if that was the case. I bought Cobalt through the Cobalt site, but I originally got my account from minecraft.net perfectly fine a long while ago. But I got my question up at that site; appreciate the help.

Yea, a different e-mail didn't work. Now this problem is just getting irritating...

Well... I'm fairly confident a new e-mail won't work. Cobalt is like Minecraft in the sense that you register it to a specific e-mail when you buy it, and you can only use that e-mail to log-in and play. But Cobalt doesn't seem to have a 'play offline' option, so I think I need my original. I'll try still, but I dunno...

Oh, and my login won't work on the official Minecraft page either:

    "Oops, unknown username or password."

    http://www.minecraft.net/login

There's something wrong with my account in general since I logged in there just last week.

I've considered that. I tried registering for a "Mojang account", and it said my e-mail was already registered with the same information I use for my Minecraft account.

    And it specifically sates:

"Log in with your Minecraft username and password and
you'll get a head start to migrate your account."

Hmm... I suppose as long as the rage hasn't been subdued, I won't complain.

I've always noticed you've been optimistically cynical, but since your name has the word 'rage' in it, I found it understandable. People should be rewarded for being aggressive, not warned... and now you'll try and be nice? I find that... the opposite of appetizing. Not appetizing.

    This is stupid.

But alright... Season 6 episode 4... of Dexter. The episode title is 'Horse of a Different Color', so it actually is in the theme of your sudden urge to convert to a horse huger. But could I be swaying you towards the smart path and NOT converting? Perhaps... but then again, the more Bronies there are, the more superior I become.

You have reason to hate if they are actually just bad mods, but I dunno. It seems like a lot more people are complaining about being banned from that recently... it sounds like a bad moderator issue to me since banning should always be a last resort and the three people here that confessed don't strike me as text criminals.

I would join, but I highly dislike the show and the social cult based on it. It wouldn't be practical.

Before some us of go to internet hell for misusing proper terms, the definition of trolling is:

"In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)

Get it right and stop calling it trolling already... making fools out of yourselves.

Well LogicBuilder, you could just say that. Sometimes it's something that needs to be said to someone. But if that's just someone griefing, then now you can file a complaint and hope their voting privileges are removed and you get that down-vote taken off.

And Blogger, I'm with you on that. It's NOT trolling, though... that's why I would prefer down-voting not to be anonymous and to have the ability to remove people's voting privileges for griefing, like I mentioned to Logic. But since this entire site is against negativity, you might as well just remove it. The crap projects will just have minimal votes in general, so I'm fine with this.

The down-vote is actually a great way to tell people when there actually is bad work and there is A LOT of bad work, especially in the texture pack department. If anything, make the voting system require posting beforehand, plus removing the anonymous part of it.

rageman96TROLLERS BEGONE. *SLAMS GIANT IMAGINARY GATES OF PMC AND BECKONS AT ARMY OF TROLLS OUTSIDE WITH SWORD*

    Again bro... not trolling. N o t.

This site is about trolling... what you say is not trolling... Get it right. Go find people down-voting something and posting about it at troll base and I'll change my mind. But for now... n o t trolling. That's just griefers at the gate, sir, and I don't like them as much as anyone else.
