I personally like NVIDIA more than AMD because they are better in performance. But AMD is almost as good and a lot cheaper. I have a AMD Graphics Card. Nothing NVIDIA.

I'm fine with both. If I had the money, I'd be for NVIDIA but I'm stuck with AMD atm. xD

It's not that, really. Hackers are just annoying, but we all share a mutual hate for those who can one hit us in PVP.

Instead of complaining about hacks, just use them. They are very easy to use. I will not advertise the specific hacks you should use, but you can look them up.

Our Minecraft server is growing daily and we need more staff!

We are a multi-world server. We have factions/pvpkit/survival/creative-plot/minigames.

As our community continually grows we need to compensate with a substantial number of staff members.

jacen123456I've gone through a number of servers that have all got screwed up kinda. I've finally got the server i've needed and I don't want to screw this one up I want it to be successiful. Any suggestions on how?

You need a professional spawn. Without that people will look at your server like it was cheaply made. You want to take pride in your server. Also, you need to get permissions, ranks, staff and building done before publicly posting your server. You will also need to have a good atmosphere and staff. As in, you need to have respectful and professional staff that will not argue or flame with other users. At the same time, not having troubles taking orders from higher staff. Another thing, you need is not to have more staff than users. The worse thing you want to see is having more staff on the server than normal users. So always control your staff. Hire and Fire.

mcjaredHey guys i dont need a super good gaming computer but i want to be able to run games like LoL, CSGO, and of course minecraft. Also would like to be able to use shaders. Right now the laptop i have is dieing and im a college student so im not super rich. Im debating on which laptop i should get! I love toshiba and have always had good years using them as my laptops.

I narrowed it down to these two.

None of those laptops will be able to use and run shaders well. Lol and CS:GO should run well, and Minecraft should be fine, without shaders. I'd say out of the two, the mercury is better, but I'm sure someone will find a good deal.

Right! Especially that the Toshiba Satellite has only 4 GiGs of RAM! Minecraft won't run good on just that much! I run Minecraft with a 64x64 Texture, 16 Render Distance, Max Details and Max Performance, and I get a steady 150 - 200 FPS Single and Multi player! I have an Intel i5-3570 | Radeon R7 260X | 8 GiGs of DDR3 RAM | Windows Professional 64 bit OS | and HP 23" Monitor

I love Halo: Reach. I only like it because I used Horizon on it. I got myself 2 billion credits and maxed out my level on all of my xbox 360 accounts. Too bad it won't work for xbox live!

My friend Alex Nasr got me into Minecraft. It was about 2 years ago and one day he was playing it on his laptop. I asked him, "What are you playing?" he said "Minecraft". I said, "That looks awesome, can I play?" then he said "Sure, don't mess up anything!" Then that's how I got hooked on Minecraft.

HeliplineAs you all probably know by now, Microsoft bought Mojang AB for 2 billion $. We are all curious about their reasons for doing so. Here is another possibility: Is it possible that Microsoft recognized the fact that the Minecraft community has so many talented programmers within its ranks? If Microsoft were to look through the community they could find many a minecrafter who would make a great software dev. Do you think Microsoft will start hiring minecrafters to be part of their devs? No way dude. The people who program on minecraft are programming on Java. Not what they want. I doubt it. Microsoft is looking for people to make the gen OS/Software/Game/Console Design. Not some easy to program plugins and mods.

I get no lower than 150 and no higher than 300 FPS on single player with 64x64 texture, max render and max settings. I keep my settings the same for Multiplayer and I get no lower than 100 FPS and no higher than 250.
