I managed to calculate some weights. Its all very very approximate.
First of all, I needed some kind of a reference point. Who is best suited for this role? Certainly Godzilla and Ghidorah. Of my dragons, this green guy is suitable for the role of the standard. From now on, I wll just call him Green.

Info from fandom site. Godzilla is 178m length, 119m height, 99634 tons. Ghidorah is 158m, 141056 tons. I am actually surprised, I thought they would have a larger size :D. The picture shows that 3 Godzillas can fit here or 2 Ghidorahs (By the way, because of the wings, this is the best option, so I choose it) So 141056 x 2 = 282112 tons for Green. Blocks and percentages will work further.



Green consists of 2 532 373 blocks. But using a solid model would be too wrong. It is necessary to take into account all possible empty spaces in the form of organs (stomach, lungs, guts etc.). I no longer took into account all sorts of densities and stuff like that, its too complicated. I made him the insides from top to bottom, all is about right. Now he has 1 545 146 blocks.
1 545 146 is 61.02% from 2 532 373. 100 - 61.02 = 38.98% of empty space. Now Green is standart.

Now lets try to calculate the Pearl`s weight using Green as a reference.
For the first time, I got the result of a weight 4 times more than that of Green. Agree this is not correct with such a small difference in size.

1 545 146 (Green`s blocks) is 78.9% from 1 958 314 (Pearl`s blocks)
100 - 78.9 = 21.1% the difference between their number of blocks.
282112 (Green`s weight) + 21.1% = 341637.63 (341700)

Green dragon weight is ≈ 282112 tons
Pearl weight is ≈ 341700 tons
