How do you personally handle complex situations+: I tend to retain all rules upon my learning to minimize flaws on hands on experience. Upon encountering complex situations that are beyond my level of server knowledge of help such as some player questions or concerns regarding the server, I will try to answer it most reasonable way possible, and forward player questions directly to higher ranked staff members who are able to help them out. However, in any case, I will try to handle the solution in the first hand because as a moderator I should be one of the most informative person on the server to decrease the amount of questions, concerns, or complaints.
Past experience+: Long-term hands on experience - dealt with a variety of questions and complaints. I have had staff experience for 4 years on several different moderate-sized faction servers.
