(I know there are many volunteers that went to fight against Russia in Ukraine, there are even some mexicans who went there, the thing about U. S. militar bases was not about Ukraine, I meant about many other countries in the world)
Russians are not Slavs, Slavic peoples have similarities in language (For example, Poles, Belarusians, Ukrainians) etc. Russians belong to the Fino-Ugrians. Ukrainians don't want to have anything to do with Russia anymore. For centuries, they have been trying to wipe us off the face of the earth.
PS: We don't have a U.S. army on our territory. Ukrainians and people under contract from other countries are fighting. There are also volunteers (that is, they came to fight at will), for example Belarusians and Poles, etc.
