ChronTelevision shows of that nature are shot on sets, most likely indoors, where the weather and temperature can be manipulated. So while the story may be set in New Orleans, it's most likely not filmed there.
In addition, I don't think they're concerned about specific details of that nature. Being Disney, they're going to slightly warp facts to suit their fancy.
IvesEven if millions of people sign this, they don't have to change anything. They're not going to because they don't want people illegally making money off of their product.
Making money off of their game is not allowed, it is and has always been illegal, and they're just now starting to blacklist it because they got tired of huge servers making lots of money off of it. They're disguising selling something they don't own as "donations".

Owning a server is not a job
Yes, actually, running a large server is a job, you do get paid, and if your server is large enough, you most likely will need to hire full or part-time staff/developers as well as people to monitor hardware, etc, etc. You can make a living being a developer for large servers.
