I use a age-old method. Actual PHP coding. I don't code the forums, wiki, or chat box due to them taking forever, (Nor forum themes) However most everything else I code manually via Aptana Studio.

There is no program like that, to my knowledge. The closest thing to that would be Hamachi, or securely tunneling to another computer and broadcasting via that computer's IP address instead of your own.


So, you're screwed.
