I knew I had to do this guy after the Blood Enderman. I reimagined the Crying Enderman and the vengeful spirit of an Enderman that was dragged into the water by a cruel player, so I coated the thing in water permanently. It's been my dark head cannon that the Crying Enderman clawed its own eyes out in a desperate attempt to stop the tears from flowing out.
