Here's a medium soul, also named "regular soul". Yeah, I know it's strange. These things are more powerful than the Minor souls, but they still don't represent a real threat. Their hearts are used to make powerful potions and artifacts. There's also a rumor that says that if you take a medium soul heart, and use some mysterious magic on it, you can create what's called a "Major Soul", but nobody has been able to confirm yet.
