I'm sorry my guy, but if your going to make skins, steer clear of anything with this sort of "rainbow" if you need practice start downloading lots of skins and look at the pixels in a image editor to get a feel of how they shade and color etc, I'm sure you'll do much better. Remember if you want to get anywhere constructive criticism is your best friend here
