The only way this could be in the game is if it can't naturally spawn. Any mobs that represent a certain person, will not naturally spawn. But in V.0.6.5 it might get added.

If it could be locked behind a name or only spawn on a player placed block, that would be perfect. Any way you want to do it is fine.
