Description:

This datapack adds a whole new gamemode to minecraft, it's similar to uhc except that in this version there is a flood. When you install the datapack, use /trigger SettingsBook to get the settings book where you can change all kinds of settings for the game (note: only op'd people can change settings and start the game). When you are satisfied, simply click start game in the settings book and the game will start (you need at least 2 players to start the game, or the game will end immediatly). After a certain while (configurable in the settings book) the flood will start rising. When you are below the flood level you will get hunger & wither over time. The game will end when there is only one player left or the timer runs out. Recommended world type: amplified.

How to install:

To install & activate this datapack, download the file, open it and drag the 2 folders named FloodFight and CustomLoot into your .minecraft/saves/<YOUR WORLD NAME>/datapacks folder
(to get to your .minecraft folder type %appdata% in your file explorer)
After that go back to your world and type /reload

Credits:

I got the idea for the datapack from a youtuber named Wilbur Plays who made a video where the sea level would rise every 5 minutes. He made the sea level manually rise by using a /fill command, so that's why I made the datapack.

Full list of custom recipes & drops (toggleable in settings):

Recipes:
- Flood Pearl: 1 water bucket and an ender pearl, teleports you above the flood.

Custom Drops:
- Chickens always drop at least 1 feather
- Spiders always drop at least 1 string
- Blazes always drop at least 1 blaze rod
- Enderman always drop at least 1 enderpearl
- Zombie Pigman have a 20% chance (+20% for each level of looting) to drop an enchanted book (enchanted with a level between 1 to 15)
- Gravel has a 25% chance to turn in to flint
- Apples have an increased chance of dropping from leaves
- Wither Skeletons have a 50% chance to drop a splash potion with wither II for 7 seconds
- All XP is dubbled
- Possibly more in the future...
