Welcome to a new plugin called Effective Alters!

This is a plugin made for a friend, but I thought I would post it here!
Let me show you what is in this plugin!

This is an 'altArs' plugin. It may seem weird that it is called 'altErs', but that is how we say it here. Sorry for the confusion!


Features:
1. Make quick & easy alters!
2. When you right click the alters, you get a potion effect!
3. There is a random chance when you hit an alter, it will give you an item!
4. There are 8 kinds of alters!

Alters:
Wool : Milk Alter - Clears all potion effects 
Gold : Strength Alter 
Diamond : Speed Alter
Emerald : Jump Alter
Lapis : Regeneration Alter
Iron : Invisibility Alter
Quartz : Haste Alter
Bedrock : Resistance Alter


How to make them:
Step 1: Place your modifier block down(blocks listed above)



Step 2: Place obsidian on top of the modifier block


It will show a message saying you created an alter!


How to destroy them:
All you have to do is break the obsidian!

How to use them:
You have to right click on the obsidian block(not the modifier block!).


Commands:

/alters	Main Command
/alters setitemchance [%]	Sets the chance of spawning an item
/alters setpotency [%]	Sets the potency of the effects

Perms:

alters.create	Allows user to create alter
alters.destroy	Allows user to destroy alter
