Another summer project that I had in mind was replicating video game items in real life! Ive had my mind on a few topics, such as Elden Ring talismans, classic Roblox gears/accessories, and etc.

lowkey gonna stop the series because my reps ain't improving due to lack of rest time
gonna still train, but only 4x per week
I will train way harder though on those days and do weights etc

make sure you’re getting some tricep dips in if you want those big ass arms
also builds your pectorals
but yeah not resting will destroy your body faster than going until failure every time
also lack of good sleep won’t build muscle as well as you’re not giving your body enough time to heal back those torn muscle fibers
Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty. -
