The widely known basic Minecraft world has been transformed into a grid of blocks suspend over a void. This creates a surprisingly fun and challenging play though/adventure series and almost seems like modded Minecraft (No Mods are used). The goal is the same, get to the end and defeat the dragon. You will find it is more difficult to do this though.

If you want a challenge and more excitement then the regular Minecraft world, this map has all the 1.12 biomes and blocks possible in the game but in the form of a grid pattern. Build a house or rush to the end. This map feels like modded skyfactory by this is 100% vanilla. You will fall to your death many times so be prepared to loose your inventory.

This map was inspired by Sethbling. He made the first Skygrid map back in 2012 but never changed or updated the map. I decided to write an McEdit filter and change the way the map was designed. If you are not happy with this map you can download the McEdit filter and make your own.
