Hi guys this my first ever terraforming map/mega project and i'm actually pretty satisfied with it. this mountainous map has all the features you need. its a wide 1500x1500 survival adventure map with over 6 types of mountains and 3 types of forests/biomes with the best custom trees you can find and custom terrain.
treasure hunting update: this allows you to hunt for treasures scattered across the mountaintops (on top of the mountains). treasure chests contain custom weapons that has special effect and enchantments, loot and ways to beat the game. find all the treasure and defeat the dragon!
you spawn on a raised plateau in the middle of 4 towers with a starter chest. the chest contains essentials to survive. you will find the end portal frames on mountains as there aren't any strongholds. Btw the world is set to not do daylight cycle so to set it back, do: /doDaylightcycle true
biomes: spruce taiga, dark forest, jungle, windswept hills, volcano, snowy peak and some lakes.
on top of the tallest mountain (300 blocks high) you can find a cozy little cabin.
plz comment on how I can improve since I’m a beginner in terraforming. :€
Because i'm a beginner in terraforming, there are a significant amount of fails. :( this project took me a whole week to complete.
if you like this in some way plz consider subscribing and giving diamond. really appreciate it.
btw don’t forget to check out my other builds!

I can give you a few suggestions of what I noticed, liked, and what can be improved upon, as well as dislikes.
First of all, a few suggestions,
- Maybe don't do this in the middle of the ocean, instead, use a flat world with water 1 block high at a certain level. That way the mountains stand more taller, and not 60 blocks below sea level where no animals spawn.
- Maybe smooth out your mountains a bit more, they seem a bit jagged, which is fine to me cause it's the challenging part, but for some other people it may be a bit annoying to look at.
- Also, maybe not give people, a boot-load of goodies in a chest. That takes away challenge and progression to reach a goal later than sooner.
A few things I enjoyed,
- Climbing each mountain was a through challenge parkour wise, however it also was hard to tell what mountain was higher than others to find said chests. But otherwise, the textures, and how most of the blocks fit together to create a colorful pallet, as well as the custom trees, are extremely good.
- Running around climbing mountains- I mean come on who doesn't like doing that in Minecraft.
A few things that I disliked,
- Again, the chest full of goodies was a bit too much for progression of reaching the end goal. The towers were nice but there was nothing in them loot-wise. That being said, with the chests on the top of each mountain, most of the items in the chest were pretty pointless, outside the weapons and end portal frames.
- There were no animals that spawned on the entire section of the world, again because it was below sea-level. Because of this, I couldn't get food, and had to have gone out of the barriers of this nice build to get food and come back.
