Here's my village church recreated at a 3:1 scale. It's based on the modern church model and uses the same block palette (+ smooth stone and bricks) and basic proportions. It also has a basic interior.

Argh, I wanted to do the Nether fortress when they revealed the upcoming Nether update, but I couldn't get one to generate in a superflat world, and there isn't enough space in a regular world.
