This redstone thingy takes an input in one of the input leads (on the back) and outputs to the screen the number on the sign up and to the right of the input. Right now the inputs are levers, but any input can be used.

I've hooked up a binary addition unit and a binary to decimal converter to the display, I've left off with it adding sums up to three (11 in binary code) The adder supports sums up to 60ish and the display up to 9999, but I've limited the converter to sums up to 20 because I don't want to spend months hooking up wiring.
