The five-story panel buildings of the KPD-4570 series were built over a long period of time - from 1957 to the 1990s (lately in a modified form), and gained nationwide distribution and popularity. Basically, houses of the KPD-4570 series are concentrated in military camps, not only in the territory of the former USSR, but also in Eastern Europe. It is not for nothing that the designer of houses in this series is the 1st Central Military Project of the Moscow Region. The KPD-4570 series is distinguished by its cost-effectiveness in labor costs and the relative cheapness of materials.
