I'd like to introduce my first Planet Minecraft post, here is a gated neighborhood named Allumiere Residence. This neighborhood is the part of a WIP city dubbed as Batavia City.

There are 144 houses + 4 buildable land in Allumiere Residence. The style of the houses is compact modern minimalist townhouse and have 2 design variation. The first variant have 10x20 block dimension, while the second variant is 13x20 block area. Each house have 1 carport and all unfurnished. The roads are made by concrete blocks and have 7 block width.

In front of the gate of Allumiere Residence, a community park with 41x28 block area welcomes everybody who visited this gated community. This community park also functions as the citizen's place to hang out together, or just relaxing alone. Currently the progress of the community park have reached 50% completion.

Allumiere Residence and Batavia City is built by my own resource pack called Urbanity which based on Flows HD pack and ECS Huntington City pack.
