well now its a resource pack i have a mac but it should be simialar to get them on other kinds first you need to download a texture pack and put it in the texture pack file in 1.5.2 then you open texture ender u can download it on mojang.com once you have it open put your texture pack file with your texture pack in it into the place it tells you to press convert files then you have a resource pack version then you go on mine craft 1.6.2 and click options-resource packs-open resource packs folder then you put the converted version in the folder.
