This is a home intended for an art collector and his family. It features 3 bedrooms (2 for family and one guest room/apartment), a living room with a massively vaulted ceiling, 3 baths and 2 1/2 baths. a full kitchen and dining, a pool, grill, and a tennis court.
   
   It also has an art gallery, including works by Alexander Calder, Henri Matisse, Banksy, Marcell Duchamp, Alberto Giacometti, Donald Judd, and Piet Mondrian. 

   The living area has a massive wall of glass overlooking a river, which is visible when on the second and 3rd floors.


   The guest apartment, while small, includes a full kitchen and bathroom for use.

   The build as a whole was inspired by the works of Richard Meier, mostly from his Douglas House.
