This is a prototype of an automatic shooter (complete with manual shutoff). In this case, the projectiles are Fire Charges, and the manual shutoff is on the left side. when you put one item in the dispenser, the comparator detects that and creates a signal. The signal is used to shoot the dispenser and turn off an inverter that unfreezes a hopper, taking items from the chest and putting it into the dispenser, starting the cycle over.
