Utilising a huge system of redstone wiring i created a password system for my underground lair. Although the system took almost 2x longer to figure out and build than the lair, it was worth it.
To get through you must press the 1st, 3rd, and 6th button, in any order, without pressing any other button. After going through the doors will close behind you. To get back, step on the pressure plates and they will run a timed override to let you back into the other area. be careful not to get stuck in the middle of the vault doors, altoough you should have time to make it out.
Caution: wait at least 10 seconds after entering the protected area before returning, the device must reset itself.

it's your map, but i made the lock system MUCH smaller. it could be even smaller, but this is simply to prove that yours is overcomplicated. and, on yours, the 5th button isn't connected.
I use the Frenden v5 texture pack and ambient occlusion mod, as well as in-game inv-edit which you can see on the right side.
