Download Singleplayer Commands with WorldEdit. Create a file in .minecraft " schematics" paste the schematic to it. Do //schematic load "name" and then do //paste ;) you can save schematic with command //wand ,then select X and Y of building with wooden axe and do //copy
Then do //schematic save mcedit "name of the schematic"
