Beach House 1
This is the first of a collection of four beach houses that I built for the Longport Keys area in southern Greenfield. I usually dont build small houses like this because of laziness, but because I designed the area I felt I should include a few. Three of the four buildings are designed to be extremly simple. Not all beach houses are extremly nice, and these are examples of cheaper ones that you probably could rent out during the summer months. Because this house doesnt back up to the beach, I wanted to give it a big sun deck so they could relax and enjoy the view. It was also a fun challenge to build on an angle.
