Breath of the Wild
Warning: I have found that the top 1/5th of the map has some issue. The problem is with the AI used to upscale the heightmap. I will have to find an other AI or some other way to upscale the heightmap.
This is a render from a height map. Please, take it, share it, play, build, repost somewhere else, do what you want.
Warning: Since this is only made from a hightmap, there is a lot of missing parts mostly with cliffs. Also, due to upscaling the heightmap, some features were lost.

I have found that the top 1/5th of the map has an issue. The only way I can think of fixing this is to recreate the map again. Other changes are: Changed cliffs in areas to better match the game. Also I have found and cleaned an other pillar of lava.
