You might see just a normal castle, but I see the forging of the greatest online friendship I've ever had the pleasure of having. I see the castle that made merealizehow much fun building in Minecraft is. I see a massive time investment, that was completely worth it, because Annomatia was with me all the time. And I see the beauty of The Voxel Box.

Where you might see just regular walls, I see that all walls are actually diagonal on different angles. Where you see the roofs, I see what a massive pain in our ass making those roofs was. And all those snowtiles on there? Placed by hand. And the windows you see, of those I know that behind every single one of them is a room, connected to many other rooms, to create one big interior (though some call it a maze). And then the landscape. I see amazing trees designed by Narolas a long long time ago, I see a lot of hours spent with VoxelSniper, to create the landscape, to cover it with randomized snow layers, to put trees on them, to add details such as a fallen tree over the river (great job on that, Ann!) and all those hours to make it what it is now: Pretty.

But most of all, I see a beautiful castle.

- Project started around Christmas 2012.
- Total time: Probably 4-5 months.
- The Castle is part of a bigger area we call the Kingdom of Erl, other towns and landscaping may be uploaded seperately on Jinzha's PMC account.
- Yes, the castle has full interiors!
- There are lots of easter eggs, such as a tennis court in the interior, Narnia behind a closet, and more. Come visit on the next Open Server Day (12th October) and we'll tour you around! Or apply to join our server now!
- The castle is heavily inspired by German castle "Burg Eltz".
