Sorry, was in a hurry to go out for dinner so skipped checking if the download link worked; however, good news is here - the map file dl link should be operational now. It should be a .zip file. Thanks for waiting.
Over 21 days of in-game time and countless hours using MCEdit this map, I have finally finished this map. It has been in progress since early March of 2011. I originally started with a few small buildings near the Old Brick Town across from the City Hall. Slowly but surely the building expanded on the main isle with building like the Burwick Manor and Cathedral. By November of 2011, I decided to build a castle where today the City Hall and Arcane Academy stand. Soon after, the Theatre was built, the City Hall was built and Castle Dawnfire was moved to the sea. When the height cap increase that came with 1.2.5 arrived, I rebuilt the Castle Dawnfire Tower, rebuilt the City Hall roof and Cathedral towers to be much taller. By May, I decided to go full force and finish the project once and for all. The whole market district, the pier, and the Arcane Academy were built along with the landscaping for the mountain on the south side of the town. The ships and the arena district were built next. Finally the walls were built in and as a final building to top it off, I added an additional castle - Castle Solstice. I spent a good 3 weeks to plan, build, and furnish it.
The city includes over 100 unique buildings. Among these 100+ buildings are TWO castles, a city hall, an academy for the arcane arts, a traders/market district, 8 ships (4 unique designs), an arena, multiple guild halls, a theatre, a cathedral, a library, a canal, walls, etc.
I am quite excited that I am finally able to put this up for download. Now as to people using it, the more the better. So feel free to use this map on your server or suggesting it to somebody else - as long as you do not claim it as your own and provide a link back to this page.

Also, on a side note, if anyone would be able to create a video to showcase this map, I would be grateful and would likely put one or two on this page. I tried making a video; video capture wasn't very successful framerate wise on my laptop pc.

I also changed some minor things to match the theme of my server better
