Command Block 2-Digit Number Generator

Yup, if you don't spawn next to it, the coordinates are 8 38 1. Anyway, yes, I did make one before. Which the previous one is only capable of generating a 1-digit random number, with every time a button pressed. But now? Press the button once and it generates 2-digit numbers at 5 numbers per second, or 1 number every 4 ticks, it uses a 40x40 display instead of a 20x20, and it can be run by pressing a button labeled "RUN" and to stop it and turn it blank is to press "STOP", which obv, turns the screen blank until you press the other button again (RUN).
