I made this for Tacoman500v1's 'your island' build contest

just a simple map with a few houses and a windmill. I wanted something simple but detailed, and i think i achieved that.

now for the back story...... i had heaps of fun writing this :/

before the great Armageddon, the people of the planet Al'atar'ris were living in quiet harmony with nature. Unfortunatly, the planets rich resources make it a prime target for attacks. Although the people had built defences for their planet, when the planet is faced with a new foe, all hope is lost....

the planet was under siege; its surfaces bombarded and its riches plundered. After the planet was stripped of all resources, the people thought they would be safe from attack. What they hadn't realised was that the attackers were not leaving, they were evacuating. Just a few minutes later, the planet was hit by a massive plasma lance shot. Deep down in the earths core, something awoke....... it burst through the layers of rock and shot out into the sky. it was the cosmic owl, the planets protector. before the planet was completely obliterated, the cosmic owl beat his wings 3 times, with the first beat, all the grass and trees grew and were replenished. With the second beat, all the structures and objects were repaired. Finally, with the last beat he split the planet into thousands of tiny islands and sent them far away, to protect them from the explosion that was about to destroy the core of the planet.

with the power of 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 etc. hydrogen bombs (a lot of power), the planets core was shattered. a blinding light shot though the emptiness of space. The blast was so powerful that the cosmic owl flew into the dimension of eternal night.

and that is how this story began..............
