This map was made for flans mod. The two main content packs on this map are kirby'sEuropean Theatre Pack v2.5 found here:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1339252-164kirby859s-content-packs-for-flans-mod-updated-redownload-to-make-life-better/and Manus's WW2 pack found here:http://minecraft-smp.de/download.php?view.120. For manus's WW2 pack you need Smp parts package(flans contenet pack) found here:http://minecraft-smp.de/download.php?view.121and Jamioflans WW2 pack found at the flans homepage. Additional Notes


This beach is the beach that the Canadians and some British stormed on June 6, 1944. The Canadians were the first to break through the Normandy costline on D-Day.

I got an idea of the beach from the movie Storming Juno.

If you want to use this map on a flans server on any other server you are more than welcome to.

You can also play without flans mod but it won't have the weapons.

I can't get the Manus pack to work. Could you tell me how to do it? When I place both parts into the Flan folder, it doesn't show up in game.

Here is a step by step guide but note that the flans smp parts is just more items for his planes and the flak's. And he only has about 5 weapons in it: MG-42(two different types), Browing m1919, another browing(I forget the name) and a Browing .50cal. This map uses the MG-42's though.

I used forge .886 and it worked for me. Are you getting a blue screen?

1: Download the content packs from the webpage. (blue download button)
2: Go to your .minecraft folder and open up the flans folder.
3: Place the downloaded files in the folder.
4: Run the game and that should work.

Oh, thanks! It worked for me. I wonder what I was doing wrong. Anyway, thanks for the help and I can't wait to see your map finished! Maybe make Omaha Beach next time!
