What app do you use to convert the map from Java to Bedrock? And is it available on Windows 11? Or is there a WorldPainter plugin to export the map as a Bedrock map and not as Java map?

Try to change ".zip" to ".mcworld" or ".mctemplate" or ".mcpack" ( the last one should be for addons, but you can try. The first two are for worlds. ).
