The house is half aesthetic and half survival, as it has the few necessities needed for survival. (Storage, bed, area for crops, enchanting table, anvil, and a furnace). But also has un-necessary features such as the pool, kitchen and lounge.
I think the style looks pretty nice and I might make another house using this style. I'd want it to be a bigger and more survival focused though.

I was going to use the couches from MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod for the lounge area, but I'm unable to install the mod at the moment. However, if you can install the mod yourself, you can go change it if you like.
