-You can UPGRADE the DRAGON in your SURVIVAL in 1.8! And summon again THE DRAGON!!
PD: A little part of this command is of ExtraYeaMC but i transformed it in OneCommandBlock

You have 3 options!
1-Download the map (1.8-1.8.9) and use --> /tp @a -8 66 671
2-Download the schematic (1.8-1.8.9)
3-Do this things, this is more easy:
3.1-Go to the end. You can use this command to generate the ender portal: /setblock ~ ~-2 ~ end_portal
3.2-Set difficulty in Pacefoul: /difficulty pacefoul
3.3-Give you a command block: /give @p command_block
3.4-Into the command block, paste this command (this command is in this web): http://ouo.io/uwjUSe
3.5-Execute this, do click in UPGRADE DIFFICULTY (this sign generate fences on dragon towers).
3.6-Then set difficulty in normal or hard: /difficulty hard
3.7-Do click in the summon dragon sign to play with a best dragon in 1.8
