Guys I've built one into my castle and I'm getting some issues with the very bottom pistons staying on, any one else had this and knows a quick fix?

as a simple question: Why exactly is there Glowstone? I do not properly get the redstone use of it

glowstone can now carry a redstone signal vertically with no delay, as the redstone torch tower had a minor delay.
