I took me and filip so long to build this university. With, 15 dorms, 1 alchemy lab, 1 biology lab, 1 library, a rooftop garden, swimming pool, cafe, and park. The buildings around it are labs, a pig farm, a breeding facility, pastures, and underground storage. Still working on the medical center beside the main building.
