Ok I found a problem, everything would be too bulky if I do this. I need to put inverters, connect the pressure plates so that they all work, hide the pistons. And even if I do do this there will be no windows in the front so it wouldn't look as nice. D= Plus I have to move the noteblocks.

Ahh... Piston doors would be a nice addition to the project. Maybe glass instead of iron though, since that's what the PokeCenter and PokeMart doors are interpreted to be.
