'tis very simple!  xD Actually its kind of complicated for a beginner.  It's using a testfor player command which will activate a clock that starts cloning all the different stages of the door opening.  Same thing on the other side, just in reverse for the cloning commands.

thats a problem, maybe all the command blocks will be copy, but the coordinates ( in the command blocks ) are very important.
