thanks to 1.2.4 we now have colored wooden planks! so i took the lightest and the darkest and used them to make a giant chess board. each space is 2x2 and the board is 8x8 (like a normal chess board). but the peices i couldnt make them like acually one so i used labeld signs with all the peices in their place. so i suggest using this in multiplayer but i guess you could take turns with singleplayer. hope you have fun with it!
