Grand Craft Auto: New Block City is an open world modded adventure map. It requires the CustomNPC mod and the Flan's Mod. The map has a Story Mode, or a Free-Roam mode. You will meet new characters, and make new enemies in New Block City.
NOTE: This map is only BASED off GTA, it has nothing to do with GTA's story. GCA has it's on story.
I have also added some easter eggs, like the INfamous rank, or Delsin Rowe's Chain.
