Kinda seems like there are way too many unnessesary blocks, like fences and random stairs and slabs.

eehhh perhaps.
I think that there is a decent amount of places where they're alright (ie the roof extension things), but a lot of places where they're overkill as well (some of the walls). Either way thanks for the feedback, receiving it is quite rare these days :p

I think that it's fine. Some building styles are just like that (e.g. mine) and some of us like it, whilst others prefer not to have too much detail.
