This adventure map will take place in middle earth telling the story of Bilbo Baggins and the dwarves all the way to the story of the return of the king. play as all characters seen throughout the tales and see landscapes inspired by the Peter Jackson films.

I have been trying to create a world that is as accurate as possible to the Peter Jackson films, and I have just uploaded pictures of the new Bag End which is much closer to the movies. The progress is beginning to speed up again, but that doesn't necessarilly mean it will be done any sooner, it just means more progress is being made right now. I often run out of time to work on it and it loses momentum in progress, but I am excited for it, and I think the shire is going to turn out great.

I haven't done anything with this for a long time because I was so bumbed when the whole world was deleted thanks to world painter... Okay it was me, but nonetheless I have decided to continue with it now, so you'll be hearing from the project in the future. :)

I do still work on it from time to time, and seeing that people are looking forward to it is my motivation. I still have plans for it, but it will be a while until it is finished.

That sounds great! Have any idea when it'll be done? (I'm assuming it's 5% done because that's the smallest % other than 0%. So it could be awhile?)

yeah, it'll have to be a while, but I don't have a release date yet for volume 1. When I've figured it out I'll put it in an update log, but so far I'm only almost finished bag end, since I have to figure out how to position it in the hill, and I have to figure out how to portray bag end in minecraft well.
