Xisuma was working on a color- cycling beacon on Hermitcraft, but ran into some issues. I made an alternate version of the machine that works. However, I have now made it very efficient and small.

This redstone contraption works in any recent version of minecraft, but is only useful for the 1.8 update where beacon beams can have color, or the mod that does the same.
