You can assemble the house using the Cubic Chunks Mod, thats what i did for the fortress Vader.

I thank you for your mod suggestion but I think the world I build in is not compatible with 1.12 nor does it look possible for me to revert its version. Cubic Chunk's latest version will come in the future.
