This is my first tall build in a big city PVP project, Killadelphia. It's kind of a mashup of a few different styles. Here are some specs.
The building is 192 blocks tall from street level, though it features a subterranean puzzle/parkour obstacle to reach the apartment levels(unless you have enderpearls which are allowed on our server.
The base measures 77x47x28 and has several different types of maze/puzzle rooms including the obstacle in the basement which leads you through the inside of the giant tree, which takes up most of the lobby. The top of the base is a purely aesthetic park area with some palm trees and flower beds. I may add more to that eventually, it's sort of bare.
The towers them selves have 14 rooms each(which is great for scavenger hunts), leading to the roof which is the ultimate sniper tower. With PVP in mind, I chose not to use stairs at all in this build. In a crowded event it can be quite difficult to stay on top of one of the Maynard Towers.
